Robyn Lynch designs new Guinness Storehouse uniforms for 25th anniversary
The Guinness Storehouse is marking its 25th anniversary with the launch of a new team uniform created by Irish menswear designer Robyn Lynch.
The refreshed look will be worn by staff across the site and will play a central role in the visitor attraction’s milestone celebrations.
Hen’s Teeth, the Dublin-based creative studio, worked with the Storehouse to identify a designer capable of producing a bespoke collection rooted in Irish craft and contemporary design.
Lynch, widely recognised as one of Ireland’s most exciting fashion voices, was selected for her strong ties to Irish heritage and her ability to reinterpret archival influences through a modern lens.
According to the Storehouse, Lynch’s uniform takes cues from Guinness’s historic branding and colour palette while retaining the functionality needed for day-to-day operations.
The collection blends contemporary fashion with nods to the brand’s legacy, intended to reflect “a modern Irish identity” alongside the Guinness story.
Structured around three design “worlds”, the collection draws heavily from traditional workwear.
Denim pieces are garment-dyed and laser-etched, elevated with custom harp buttons referencing the brand’s enduring icon.
Organic cotton T-shirts feature reflective harp embroidery, a signature of Lynch’s work, and Irish-made knitwear emphasises comfort and local craftsmanship.
The apron uses a gradient screen-printing technique inspired by the settling of a pint, transitioning through rich browns and deep blacks.
For the Guinness Connoisseur Team, Lynch reimagined the off-white workwear once worn by brewery analysts, pairing practicality with reflective harp detailing aimed at encouraging interactive visitor photography.
Team Leader uniforms incorporate soft tailoring in neutral wool fabrics, designed to convey “quiet confidence” through tonal logos and subtle textures.
Lynch said: “It’s been an incredible honour to collaborate with such an iconic Irish brand whose history and storytelling have inspired generations.
“Being invited by Hen’s Teeth Creative Studio to bring this project to life was a real privilege, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to interpret Guinness’s heritage through a contemporary design lens.”
Catherine Keegan, Diageo Irish Brand Homes Head of Innovation & Employee Engagement, added: “We are thrilled to unveil the new team uniforms designed by Irish designer Robyn Lynch to mark the 25th anniversary of the Guinness Storehouse.
“Partnering with the incredibly talented Robyn Lynch, this initiative honours our history but also underscores our proud commitment to fostering creative partnerships.
“Robyn’s unique vision, deeply rooted in Irish culture and inspired by the rich heritage found within the Guinness Archives, brings a modern, stylish, and authentically Irish aesthetic to our team uniform.”
To mark the anniversary, Lynch will also release a limited-edition hoodie and T-shirt featuring reimagined Guinness motifs.

The pieces will go on sale in the Storehouse from 1 December 2025, coinciding with the official unveiling of the uniforms.
The collaboration forms part of a wider programme of exhibitions, events and installations planned for 2026 as the Guinness Storehouse celebrates welcoming more than 25 million visitors since opening its doors in 2000.
